7 ways to keep yourself hydrated with little water


A tall glass of water is the best known way to stay hydrated, however there are also alternative options  if you don’t like the taste of tapped water, or even bottled water, and we gathered the 7 ways to keep yourself hydrated with little water.


1. Watermelon

2. Celery

Are considered water-logged fruits and vegetables. Composed with 96 percent water, cucumbers have no saturated fat or cholesterol, and are very high in vitamin K, vitamin B6 and iron.

4. Strawberries

Strawberries are a sweet treat perfect for staying hydrated. They consist 92 percent water and are high on fiber and vitamin C.

Iceberg lettuce contains 96 percent water.  Eating salads with iceberg lettuce will keep you hydrated.


6. Skimmed milk
